Hailsham care home is a high-end facility for the elderly.
Project included the supply and install of all ductwork We facilitated the instillation of specialist fire rated
ductwork
We installed the building fire dampers & fire smoke dampers
Instillation of all attenuators, grilles and cowls.
We tested the extractor fans throughout the building in communal spaces such as toilets, bathrooms &
kitchens. These are tested to see how much air they extract.
A member of the team then commissioned the ventilation systems, such as Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR). These were balanced, to make sure the correct amount of air is either being
extracted from or supplied to every room in the building.
Following the success of this project, BAU were then awarded another project by the same client in Chichester.
