Tony Is bau’s Director and company founder
Tony is an electrician by trade, completing an electrical apprenticeship for a mechanical company for which he worked for 10 years. Although electrically bias, Tony has always seen M&E as collective.
Following his apprenticeship, Tony joined a young company who were new to the London market, after 11 years of service, the company were turning over a staggering £160m.
Fast forward a few more strategic career moves and Tony was sadly made redundant from a role, which was the push he finally needed to start bau MEP
The first official bau project was secured within 4 weeks of the company being born, it was worth £137,000 and Tony confesses at the time he felt he didn’t have a clue how they were going to facilitate the works. He put faith in his abilities and managed to get through, with help from his team and supporting network.
The project went well and bau got a glowing report from the client who they still work with to this day…
